Established in 1979, A Snail's Pace Running Shops have been serving the Southern California running, walking and triathlon communities for over 25 years. Now, we're very excited to be able to better serve those customers and to reach out to the entire country, over the Internet.

We were originally reluctant to develop an e-commerce site because we felt that it was impossible, on the Internet, to provide the kind of expert fitting service on which we had built our reputation.

Of course it's still not possible, but when our customers kept asking for the ability to re-order their shoes, apparel and accessories from home, we realized that the time had come for us to provide more than one way to serve our customers.
